Pros
You will be never bored at this company, which is the main reason I am staying with AOT. I started as an Application Developer(in 2015), then promoted to Application Architect - worked/working for few public and private sector , startup clients. Now an Engineering Manager!. Starting from Founders/Directors to everyone in the company you can see enthusiasm , motivation to achieve goals. There is no enforcement for you work more than standard hours and its up to each individual to decide , whether you need to step into 'situation' and help the end client to cross the bridge - which is normal with any companies around the world. Prior to AOT and in between for couple of years(2017-2019) I worked with other IT giants , MNCs - comparing to them AOT has huge set of highly talented technical staff. So you will not feel isolated if you are facing an issue. Cultural and Ethnic diversified. Personal and Family life has great value here at AOT. Also, AOT has strict HR policies on Harassments, Bullying and other behaviors of aggressive nature.
Cons
Not a downside! - But If someone joins from a heavily 'relaxed' or from a 'easy-going' environment , prior to AOT - they might feel here like a bit rush in the beginning- only in the beginning! . Because as I told above 99.99% employees are highly dedicated, highly focused on their work. Also, if someone joins from a 'heavy hierarchical' environment , they might feel like its bit unstructured here. Since there is no 10 level reporting structures - you can talk directly to Directors, if something you feel awkward! Which is not a 'con' for me.
