      lots of unpaid free time because there are no jobs to work on

      Cons

      Finicky, overly detailed micro-management that kills every bout of initiative. After 6 months of uploading endless profiles to the outdated CRM platform, not a single job materialised. Turnover is extremely high and CEO is undoubtedly the most incompetent recruiter ever worked for.
