Great company with excellent management - Human Resources Assistant APC Hospitality Employee Review

APC as a whole is a great company! I have been working here for a few months and everyone welcome me in such a friendliness. Very nice and professional office staff and I get the chance to work in the same building with CEO of the company. Private company plus! This fast pace work environment that keeps you busy and allow your career to develop and grow with the company.

The front office people in Verona NJ are sketchy, very shady individuals. No matter what availability you have, if they don't have an account for you then you will only be called when they need you. Better have another job while you do this. Tips are lousy if you're not buddy buddy with whoever the head valet manager/supervisor is. They like to work with their specific crew only so they can "equally" split the tips at the end of party/night. Make sure you have paperwork and proof of everything you do, good and bad, because they will do whatever it takes to throw you under the bus in order to keep their accounts or longtime graveyard shifts employees happy. You also have to pay for your work uniform.
