Pros
The school is equipped with basic necessities. It offers an appropriate environment for neophyte teachers. Office work is okay considering some employees know what they're doing.
Cons
The compensation is not competitive, considering that this is a school held by a big company in the Philippines. It can be stressful to work at times because the student body is large, yet the employee count is limited and could be considered few even for a very small scale school. Turnover rates average from 1 year to 2 years of work service. Some workers in the institution lack the educational background and competency. No security of tenure.
