Poor management over time led to a recent mass exodus after buy out with more wanting to hand in their notice as management are not listening/acting to staff feedback. Non-technical staff placed to lead teams that expect lower grade staff to teach team heads basics in field. High stress and low work-life balance. Limited opportunity to grow your career (I.e. promotions, conference attendance, external/internal training).
