Immediate supervisor was not supportive and very demeaning towards the employees. Always pushed more work on the already overloaded employees and would call them out in front of the company rather than pull them to the side and talk to them about mistakes or issues. Never shared career opportunities with employees or would not allow employees access to the company intranet.
