Pros
Work life balance. That was why I came here. But later I found it was not worth to abandon my previous company. There are some experienced n great directors.
Cons
No systematic thinking in this company. Backward system. Huge office politics: seat rotation enforced by new boss, keep things to themselves, cannot argue rationally, ppl tends to care their face too much. See no hope.
