      %100 remote. You can use flexible working hours in your favor. Colleagues are okay.

      Cons

      Projects are using out of market technologies like .Net Framework 2 and AngularJs(v1) (and maybe DevExtreme UI Lib also counts here?). You have to study out of work to catch up with the market.

      A quite neat and positive working environment with welcoming and understanding employees and employers.

      It is relatively hard to find cons, maybe one can say that time to time workload is a little overwhelming.

      Very unprofessional project architecture, communication problems within the team. No good career opportunities and any future as a developer.
