Pros
1. Lots of structure training. But no time to do it. I wish to give zero star if I can. 2. Can finish on time at 5pm with lot of unfinished tasks on daily basis.
Cons
1. Extremely demanding job with lots of KPIs to achieve. However, the starting salary is so low which is unbelievable. What is the audacity to pay the minimum wage, but demand the world? Paying bearing the minimum wage, but expect employee to do everything from sales, to admin to receptionist job. But, they make you adhere lots and lots of target to achieve. 2. Wearing Sales hat, Admin hat, Customer Services hat and lots of all rounders hats, but system is slow and heaps of outages. Impossible to achieve the day to day jobs plus lot of government requirement to achieve with so little time to achieve them. 3. The job seekers are sometimes aggressive, verbally abusive and refuse to co-operate. Management sometimes afraid of the aggressive job seekers and makes the employees suffered by themselves and offer zero support. 4. Lots of training modules as required by government. But, it is impossible to complete them during office hours. Manager took the pressure from above levels and pressurised down to consultants level which means no time to finish the training modules. 5. Management even hinted to staff to do training after work without pay. How ridiculous!! Dont work for this company. 6. Management waste time by hosting daily meeting to drive the employee performance.... repeating the same pitch over and over again without even changing a word or suggestion on how to improve performance. 7. Management runs weekly performance appraisal which is repetitive and useless which drive no improvement in performance, but resentment instead.
