- Great office environment - Clear management structure - Team projects and coordinated efforts - Consultant compensation is good - Valid business model and if you get into the company now (at the bottom) you should be able to hold you job for years

- Fear of losing your job in a down market - Job is tied to the cyclical nature of American consumerism - Pay is below average for actual employees, but the complete compensation package is decent
