Paid on time, excellent company car (transferred over from previous company) Some very good products Some bright people, though not as bright as they thought themselves to be.
Cons
Autocratic management structure, promotion of the wrong people, shocking marketing, unvelievably, no fuel cards, everything was done on one's personal credit card, no credit rating out with the US, language and cultural issues within Europe.
