      Pros

      The team is a small close knit group and there is easy access to leadership. There is a collective spirit around our department, wherein everyone contributes. Work is truly a collaborative effort. Leadership recognizes exceptional personnel and promotes from within. It is one of the most diverse workforces I've ever seen

      Pros

      Meaningful work at an NGO that strives for ethical treatment of animals, humans, and the environment at every level of operations. Constant effort for diverse and inclusive work force. Executive staff are easily accessible and supportive.

      Cons

      I truly cannot think of any that I have encountered in my role.
