Coworkers are good and friendly

Based on my personal experience, senior management demonstrates a lack of respect toward employees. Communication is often aggressive and intimidating, creating a stressful and unhealthy work environment. Termination can occur suddenly, with little or no prior notice, and compensation practices are unclear. A large portion of the workforce consists of temporary workers hired through third-party agencies, many of whom receive limited training. In my observation, this lack of training and oversight raises serious concerns about hygiene standards during cosmetic production. There were instances where proper sanitary procedures did not appear to be strictly followed, which may pose potential risks to product quality and consumer safety.
