Extensive education program covering every possible situation and scenario, included reading and drawing up blueprints, AutoCAD, customer service, planning and organizing and customer interface.

Cons

Almost too much information all at once, chaotic classroom environment. The class size could have been smaller or a larger classroom used. Instructors needed to have better control of classroom.
