I'm sorry to hear of your experience. We do acknowledge that we have challenges as we grow so quickly. We are in the midst of building our team so that we can do a better job at organizing.
APT does have employee development strategies, but because of busy schedules and having to move workers in order to train, these can take time to implement.
We will take your advice to management into consideration and make sure that is part of our future management training. Micromanagement is not something that APT condones and we will look into that.
APT strives to be the best employer and are pleased that you thought highly of your co-workers. Thank you for your input. We will use it to review our culture and see where we can improve.
