CEO is weak and delusional. Has spent millions, on programs such as, “Collaborative Way”, “COE” and Salesforce (all are useless) - yet, this company is actively laying off hundreds of talented, good hearted workers for “cost reductions,” Yet, APTIM has hired multiple, new Executives ( AECOM-lite) with super large salaries? Does not add up. The highly paid executive team, is very robotic. Cold. Clueless. Stay far away! Do not work here! They will lay you off, unless you decide to drink their Kool aid In a PEOPLE industry - these goofs, would rather sit behind a computer desk, look at data sheets, and play with the new SalesForce program, or perhaps talk about how great TCW & COE is, for 40 hours a week.
