AQ is a team of intelligent, kind-hearted people who care about creating design and software that makes a difference. The office is beautiful in central Tokyo, cozy and calm right behind a buddhist temple. There are tons of opportunities to learn, lots of great discussions. AQ also runs an event and encourages you to do talks and share about what you learned.
Cons
not many. As a small company there sometimes are unpredictable turns.
