Don't expect anything from the awful leadership of AQUALIS. It's obvious that employees here are treated like dispensable machines and not valued by the leadership. You only have your co-workers' support but not the leadership's. It's best to not expect anything and simply do your job and get your pay.

Pros

The work stays pretty hands on, which makes the days go by faster. Different repair jobs and service calls keep things interesting. The technicians help each other out when someone runs into a difficult problem. Managers usually trust employees to handle repairs without constantly hovering around. There is also decent learning when it comes to troubleshooting equipment and handling field related work. Pay and benefits stay competitive and the environment is more relaxed and practical than overly corporate most days.
