Cons
* As the experience level of people in this company increases their brain IQ decreases * No work management system, they are stuck in the ancient methodology for development (waterfall model) that too the worse version of it, so you will have to develop same thing multiple times * Everyone has their own way of decrypting the requirement document, and still none of them will be anywhere near the actual requirement * You won't get increment or variable pay in time. People get two increments in three year of around 8-10% each and biannual variable pay is paid 5 months late * IIT Kharagpur students are hired just for increasing their valuation, there is no proper mentoring for them, so don't fall for it that since they hire IITians their company is great. I fell for it and now I regret I wasted 1.5 years of my experience. * The CTO is a disgrace, he doesn't know anything about technology and will flaunt the fact that he came from USA in flight 🤣🤣 * People with big mouth and no skills are really appreciated here * Half of the employees are in management level
