Pros
They did not deduct taxes, so although it seemed like a good choice i knew eventually you have to pay your taxes.
Cons
The job was not all that entertaining and it did require a lot of climbing of ladders to check HVAC systems. The weather can be hot or very cold and you would be up on building roofs.
