Excellent place to work! - Recruitment Coordinator ARC IT Recruitment Employee Review

You will struggle to find a better agency to work at then Arc IT! It offers a relaxed "family feel" environment with everyone really pulling in the same direction. The staff are amazing, management are always on hand to offer advice and go out of their way to ensure everyone is happy and prepared correctly. The commission structure in house seems to trump almost every other agency which is a bonus and everybody here is on a level playing field. To top it off we go on regular social outings, whether that be a day of activities or a pint down the pub which is always a great laugh! I can hand on heart say I couldn't work for another agency, having worked in 2 agencies prior to starting here I can honestly say that Arc is a really unique and amazing place to work!

Beanbags in the office would be great...:D

Such a supportive working environment where colleagues want each other to succeed. There are genuine friendships and a real sense of camaraderie among the team. A very happy workplace which makes for a fun and enjoyable day in the office!

There are no actually downside to working here but it would be great if we had more parking spaces!
