Pros
When i joined ARC corporation,I was fresh that time but after a short period i got valuable experience.Because i am working under the upper/senior management.
Cons
Yep u know up and downs in every-field of life,So in ARC IT create little bit problem some time.The problem is slow networking which is not good for progress.(but it's a rare case)):)
