Pros
The president of the organization is a well-intended person. He likes results and wants you to succeed and pushes you to do so. Very direct with his feedback which can be harsh at first but it's simply because he cares about his employees being the best version of themselves and getting better at what they already know how to do. For me, it was a great opportunity to understand myself and my strengths given that I had minimal experience prior to taking on the responsibilities that I did. Though I no longer work there, I am very thankful for the opportunity I was given to explore different channels and methods of marketing that have prepared me for my future endeavors.
Cons
Communication is crucial and given that everyone is always working on something, it can sometimes be hard to gather everyone at once to coordinate and make decisions on projects.
