Where do I even start...they peddle the "well we work on cool stuff" so you don't need to be paid fairly. Don't get stuck here looking for decent pay, because it won't happen, not under this leaderships rule.
From day one, the work environment was toxic and cut throat. There was a clear lack of communication among teams/leaders, leading to confusion and unnecessary errors. Management often played favorites, creating a division among employees and fostering resentment. A true kill or be killed culture. This lack of camaraderie made collaborating on projects very challenging.
Compensation is below industry standards, and the benefits package is lackluster at best. Raises and promotions are rare and often seem to depend more on personal connections or if leadership likes you, versus on merit or performance basis.
