The management is out of place. At the time of joining they say that it’s a hybrid model, but it gets quickly changes after you join. They mention in the offer letter that whenever your reposting manager asks you to come to office you’ll have report. And as in social media domain, the office setting gets quickly replaced by hybrid model to going to office 5 days a week. Even you’ll have to work on the weekends
