I started off as an intern in this organization with nearly no understanding of the industry or professional life for that matter. Within a span of 4 years with this organization, I can vouch for the fact that it not only aims at the growth of the business but it also focuses on the growth of each and every individual associated with it. The regular training and workshop sessions aside to the regular on-the-job learning method have contributed to my professional development. I have been in the organization since nearly its initial years and think that one needs to see the vision of the leadership to be able to enjoy the work they are doing. There is a level of understanding among teams and team members at every level of the hierarchy which makes the functioning smooth. I am struggling to find a con in reference to ARM. I read a couple of reviews and think that for you to like a particular organization, enough time and patience is required from both the parties.
