      Pros

      private company. good people. Day time work schedule. Clean manufacturing environment.

      Cons

      bad processes described as "the culture" which is an excuse for making small changes for the better. Management didn't have a clear growth vision for the company. Sometimes work was behind so weekend work had to be done.

      Pros

      It would be a good salary! I would be close to my original home. I would be able to go to school. I would get to spend time with my family who lives in the area.

      Cons

      I would have the expenses of relocating. I would terribly miss my family in Pennsylvania. I may incur medical expenses, but I would have health insurance.
