Pros
There is no community that comes with working at ARMS and an air of optimism. The work I do is valued highly by the customer. I the informal culture and just get it done attitude of my team makes it a great place to work! less red tape and bureaucracy means we fly by the seat of our pants most of the time. ◾I love that we have a casual and friendly working environment, certain flexibility and work life balance, plus I get to wear flip flops in the office! ◾Working with ARMS means that I get challenged in new areas and continue to broaden my knowledge of industry and systems and have the opportunity to utilise the skills I have learnt in a new context.
Cons
They are committed to rewarding them selves for the achievement of your results. Bonuses and Remuneration will always be a shadowy carrot to get you to put in extra effort but seems to disappear when it comes time to collect. Truth and honesty will never be a barrier to compromise the things ARMS will do. We will do what we say we will do when it's convenient. They expect you to work 50+ hour weeks without compensation when I left they owed me over 200 hours that was never paid.
