      Not many that I can think of. Headline shift rate sounds attractive.

      Cons

      Worked to your maximum hours. Some planner’s not capable of doing the job. Management doesn’t care.

      Great people, Fair pay, Consitant work,

      Cons

      Long days that could easily be avoided, No consideration for the driver's when they move, Old trucks that aren't economic or in good condition No sick pay,
