      No pay transparency, illegally doesn't list salary ranges on job descriptions. 5 Days PTO for first two years - that's it. Founder belittles and undervalues staff, and under pays their value.

      Good pay. Great office space. Ability to contribute and have those contributions recognized.

      Oh boy. Should be titled DISARRAY. Principal is either clueless to or turns a blind eye to the harm done by the top executive. That exec. doesn't micromanage, they subatomic particle-manage to the most ludicrous degree. So many talented, miserable people on staff (who tried to warn me when I came aboard). High turnover is unsurprising.
