Pros
The only pro I can come up with is what others have pointed out, if you're fresh out of college and looking for that first gig you can get a start here. That being said, you should exhaust all other options first. It's good padding on a resume but it ends there. The negatives vastly outweigh this one aspect.
Cons
Almost too much to go into. Employment here is determined by comradery with management and little else. In my 3 years at this place I never received a review and had only one marginal raise. Senior staff and new employees alike are cut loose with no warning, and on a very regular basis. Management is completely inept and prone to their emotional whims. You are expected to be on call at all hours on all days and the wages do not reflect this responsibility.
