There are no pros to working for this agency. They did provide a nine to five steady check, but the violent verbal way the employees speak to consumers day in and day out is taxing and if your a nice person you won't last there. The management is made up of prideful, self-loving, untrained , twenty something year olds who have no idea how to manage or supervise anything at all.
