Pros

You got paid that's really it

Cons

Where can I even start? The managers lie to employees and customers. The technicians are told to lie to customers about pricing for repair to push selling a new unit. The technicians are just pushed to lie about everything in general. The good technicians that would not lie were always being reprimanded for their sales. Everyone there was sleeping with everybody there it was a total drama fest. if you have a warranty with them they will push you off for days because they are not making money off of you whereas someone who has never used the company before could call in paying cash and they will put them on the schedule that day. It is a nightmare the technicians are pushed and pushed and pushed to work until past two in the morning and then expected to begin at 7:00 driving a company vehicle exhausted. That doesn't sound safe to me does it sound safe to you?I would much rather put a toothpick under my big nail and kick a wall than ever work for that place again forever call them for service. The funny part is I was let go because one of my coworkers overheard me scheduling an interview but what she failed to realize is it was an interview for a babysitter not another job interview. she went to the general manager and they let me go no strings attached no questions asked not even looking for my side of the story.

Pros

Great pay, amazing benefits, super easy if you’re a people person, amazing management team

Cons

Intensive KPI tracking, independent workload, not work life balance friendly. Your performance can be affected if you’re having a bad day. People treat you like scum of the earth

Pros

You can take work truck home.

Cons

Management has created a challenging work environment where technician support and fair compensation do not appear to be priorities. There are no performance-based bonuses or consistent annual raises, despite strong expectations around sales. Call distribution lacks transparency, with higher-quality leads often going to a small, select group, making it difficult for others to perform at their full potential. Technicians are also expected to take calls after scheduled hours (8 AM – 4 PM), which impacts work-life balance. Additionally, time and travel policies raise concerns. Technicians clock in upon arrival at the customer’s location rather than when travel begins, even when jobs are over an hour away. This results in significant unpaid driving time, often exceeding two hours per day. In some cases, technicians are required to travel to appointments even when customers are unresponsive, leading to cancellations or reschedules without compensation for the time lost. Overall, the expectations placed on technicians are high, but the structure and support systems in place do not consistently reflect or reward that effort.
