Pros

No Pros here. you will have have to work for 12 hours. also they don't have a specific project. they will give you one requirement in one technology and other requirement in some other technology. They also don't clarify the requirements.No benefits,no PF,even salary is also not on time. It is a group of freelancers hiring people to work for them.

Cons

No Benefits, No salary on time, if you take leaves your salary will be deducted. 12 hours working. you have to serve 2 months notice period otherwise they will not pay your salary.

Since when the company founded(2015) , it has never happened that ARSTEG didn't pay salaries on time. Infact ARSTEG has paid advance salaries to employees in their difficult times. We challenge you to prove that salaries were not given on time and if your allegations are right, we will compensate. Swati, you are talking about 2 months notice period who disappeared the very next day after taking salary without even informing management.

Pros

I am going to complete 3 years in this company. I believe it is a long time to understand the things that are going on around you. 1. A good company culture where you feel valued and appreciated for your work. 2. Great place to learn new technologies and you will get proper time to explore it. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Knowledgable leaders who are always ready to help you if you stuck somewhere while doing work or exploring any new technologies. 5. A friendly and positive working environment that encourages creative “outside the box” thinking. 6. Company gives a performance bonus to the employes.

Cons

Sometimes a mess is created to handle or exploring multiple things together.
