Was a fairly easy going job with flexible hours and remote work. Strictly was 40/hrs a week, and didn't have to take the work home with me.
Cons
Client doesn't use ArcGIS. Never received a raise when I was there. Apparently this had to do with the client never having raised their wages since who knows when. Felt like I was getting the runaround when I was getting FMLA approved for a surgery.
