Salaries are very low and not reviewed regularly No structure or accountability Bonus is not garuanteed and no longer performance based Not much extra benefits in contract A lot of secrecy and poor communication Everyone works in silos Poor training and lack of clear career development Always make staff redundant at year end And staff is barely ever replaced if they leave Lack of project managers to drive and deliver ongoing major changes in the business, so each department is left to sort things out for themselves
