      The staff are great. Some there a long time. Canteen on site. Often food given to you after tastings. Parking on site. Hybrid working.

      Cons

      Most people are stretched. Asked to do numerous jobs. Low pay. Very little change in culture even with new challenges

      Decent overall pay structure for multiple departments

      Cons

      . Lack of quality/ adequately trained production employees . Many refused to learn English ( Trump was right, foreign nations are not sending their best ). . Unsafe working environment where many production employees were not following proper safety measures and food handling policies. . Food production manager refuses to offer adequate support
