      Good Company for freshers. Not Recommended for Long run. Worst HR department. - ENGINEER-1 ARi Employee Review

      Pros

      As mentioned above Good organisation for the freshers to start their career as Design Engineers. Flexible timings if you got opportunity to work in Onsite(Specific Team).

      Cons

      Not Suitable for long run. Max one can work for 2 years as you wont find any improvement in career as well financially. Entire organisation depends upon one client which questions it's stability. Worst of all is the HR department where their policies will always be a floating one. They wont even pay your bonus even if you are eligible for it by quoting idiotic and lame reasons and will threaten if you try to escalate it to the higher management.
