      Pros

      The culture and people are great. Everyone feels welcome and the AS3 Academy is a very good entrance to the company, vision and goals.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, it is rather top-down in the sense that few people are actually involved in the decision making. There are not many opportunities for professional development either - once your in a position, it is difficult to advance.

      Pros

      A great social work environtment, all employees are very friendly and open towards welcoming you. A lot of freedom under responsibility and varying tasks/ projects.

      Cons

      In general AS3 should focus more on improving the physical side of the work environtment: cheap coffee, no food available if you are working late hours, etc.

      Great management, great colleagues, amazing onboarding, great possibilities for advancement

      Cons

      Pay is rather low, not very flexible working hours, not too many options of further education outside the company
