- The work is moderately interesting. - The CTO guides most of the team. - The peers are enjoyable to talk with. And that is where all the Pros end!
Cons
In short, this "company" is a one man show ... and that man, unfortunately, is horribly incompetent, directionless and lacks empathy. That man also happens to be the CEO. Some of his qualities include: - Treating employees like slaves, making them work for a criminal number of hours. - Expecting everyone to meet deadlines, but always giving salaries / bonuses late. - Creating an environment of fear, where everyone is afraid to even breath or talk. - Resorting to coercion / harassment of employees to meet unreasonable deadlines. - Methods of blackmail (threatening termination / withhold salary) are rampant. - No sense of direction as to what the product will be. Just create a facade of work. - Lies, lies, and lies ... incessantly and compulsively ... about such immaterial things. He thinks he knows everything about everything, and hence is never receptive! Also, I am yet to get my salary for two months. I wish I could take criminal action.
