Pros

ASAP Staffing is very good at picking quality Operations Managers to lead their facilities. Since they are a staffing agency for professionals, there is usually the opportunity to transition from a contract employee to non-contract employee within a reasonable amount of time. They are also do a good job in diversifying the fields they recruit for, which in turn makes the company solid and presents the potential for it to become an industry leader in the future.

Cons

From a call center perspective they are relatively inexperienced, thus sometimes agreeing to changing client expectations that are not reasonable. Unfortunately the burden to meet these metrics falls on the agents themselves and little to no compensation is given to them because of he failure to accurately bid contracts. In a state like Arizona it is far too tempting not to exploit the lack of worker's rights and ASAP unfortunately does this often in the area of compensation and lack of benefits for very talented hard working employees.

Pros

ASAP Staffing was the best job I have ever worked for. They are professional but also a huge family within the agency. They find quality candidates and always make sure to overachieve any position thrown their way. They even work off the clock at home with candidates and companies to make sure the jobs are all filled.

Cons

Some things they could possibly do a little better could be organization with filing.

Pros

There is a strong professional support system that guarantees your success at the client site. You are always trained, if you are new you are assigned to a mentor; if you are a seasoned professional with some tenure, you become a mentor. This is a true team spirit, where the success of all is based on each individual success.

Cons

Lots of red tapes, they are flexible to some degree; but if you are planning to take a long vacation (1 month), you are expected to return all your equipment and badge. You may or may not be able to return to the client site.
