      Company has good vision for senior citizen primarly Healthcare. it is physician led. Benefits and bonuses are especially good for physicians.

      Cons

      There are relatively few experts in key areas such as billing and infrastructure and general management. leads to high turnover and high error rates and frustrated employees.

      Really love the opportunity it gives to learn in the process

      No complaints so far, I will be already going for 3 years and all changes company had, has make me grow intellectually

      Good benefits offered at company

      Cons

      Not Flexible with work schedule even though you provide Doctors Excuse. Patient Access Center is very strict with requesting days off for medical appointments, and or days off with available PTO Balance.
