Projects are rinse and repeat - boring and lacking in challenge/variation Excessive bending of the knee culture towards customer and manufacturer will wear on you Heavy project case load (25-30 all the time) Best staff carrying the load and making the company look great externally - others not Very Low salary compared to industry standards (All Positions) Very rare bonuses - small when they occur
