      Pros

      You can change teams and work on different projects but mostly work with the same crew otherwise. It’s face paced some times and slow others so it’s a nice balance. Work life balance is great. Only work until noon on Fridays

      Cons

      No WFH except on Fridays, location isn’t great

      Overtime isn't encouraged, excellent 401K match, ability to swith to different teams/disciplines to gain more experience

      Cons

      The lack of titles and clear hierarchy can be confusing when starting out, onboarding was not very well managed but improving
