Pros
It was only a short walk from home. I enjoyed building a rapport with customers, and there were some that would seek me out at the checkout.
Cons
There was blatant favouritism from managers to certain colleagues, especially when it came to overtime, holiday requests and shift/contracted hours changes. Unprofessional management. Managers would criticise you and/or your work in front of other staff and customers. They have no understanding of mental health issues.
