Pros

- People/management who care about you as a person and your family. I've always felt like my family comes first. It's helped me do a better job for them. - I used to be the executive assistant to the CEO, Chuck, and I also worked closely then with Scott (the now CEO). I can tell you they're honest and really hard working people.Hard work is definitely something that's highly valued here. I've seen them both do some incredibly nice things for people working here. - I can testify that they recruit from within, because I've personally held multiple positions. I started in Customer Service, then worked in the product pick-office, then for the CEO/Pres, and now I'm in HR. - The products are created through pretty technical process, some of the science I still don't understand, but when I worked in the pick-up office I got to meet people that had had amazing help with their health through using them. I'm a big fan, they've also helped me. One nice thing about working here is that you get to try out products yourself.

Cons

- At first I really didn't understand the products and why people need them, I had some biased opinions about MLMS, I really thought it was hyped up, so that was a con for me. Now I realize the products really do need some explanation aka our MLM salesforce.

Pros

ASEA has some of the best people I've ever seen in all the companies in my career in multiple levels of the company. The management team is very kind, and do their best. They care about the employees, and throw 2 fun company parties a year with a generous gift. ASEA also gives merit increases each year without fail, holiday cash, and when the company meets their goals, pays bonus.

Cons

The company seems to be behind on process flow, how decisions are made, who makes them, and what priorities are for each dept. Company-wide communication could be more timely.
