      Pros

      Great leadership, Amazing Executive Leadership Team - CEO, COO, CIFO all make sure they connect with staff, innovative, cares for employees, open-minded to feedback, adaptive, supportive, great benefits, work-life balance strongly encouraged.

      Cons

      some employees are entitled, still some staff adjusting to re-org in 2019, not a lot of turnover in staff so new employees can butt up against "this is the way we've always done it" mentality.

      Toxic work environment, nepotism is prevalent making it hard to develop as managers play favorite based on who they are friends with our related to. Diversity is non existent
