The remaining employees who deserve better

CEO has come in and continued gutting everything good about the company. Laying off longtime and loyal people who built the good company and culture to offshore to cheap contractors and European based vendors to favor previous companies and contacts of the CEO. Sad to see the state of a once great ADI being completely gutted by someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing and just wants to move up the ladder at ASICS and cut costs with cheap labor abroad. Those remaining are trying to hold the ship together but others are throwing their direct reports under the bus just to continue climbing the corporate ladder and end up with a big title in ASICS when ADI eventually goes under and will do whatever it takes to make that happen
