Working with ASK has been a smooth experience. They are very open and communicative, and provide meaningful assistance with the interview, hiring, and onboarding processes. Most contract stipulations and benefits are standard, so it's the people and points of contact who really make the company stand out among other staffing agencies.
Cons
Taking contract assignments with ASK comes with the standard downsides of being a contingent worker, namely the lack of job security. Assignments will often come with time limits, even on extensions, and conversion to FTE is not guaranteed.
