Small company. No motivating leadership, no growth. Will be in the same position even after 10 years. Large communication gap between management and employees. Absolutely no for international employees. Everyone see us as cheap resources or slaves. No reward or respect for the work. Eventually you end up doing charity. Important information for potentials candidates who occupy a position here. -> Look at google deeper for this location. -> Search for the population in this region. -> There is only one backery, an old bavarian restaurant, the only supermarket and an empty street where you can get stuck for your life. -> No good places for relaxing, sport or fitness or restaurant locations nearby. -> Public transportation completely sucks.
